Your gift on Giving Tuesday will help support the mission of the Foundation for Mitochondrial Medicine (FMM). We help Hope Fly by spreading awareness and raising critical funds to advance research for the mitochondrial and related disease communities. Why? Because no FDA approved treatments currently exist for the mitochondrial disease community and we are on mission to change that. Please join our mission, and support FMM with a Giving Tuesday gift!
We are a small community, but we need big help to fund research for treatments
We have a day for giving thanks. We have two for getting deals. Now, we have #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to giving back. Each year, on the Tuesday immediately following Thanksgiving, charities, families, businesses, community centers, and students around the world will come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give.
It’s a simple idea. Just find a way for your family, your community, your company or your organization to come together to give something more. Then tell everyone you can about how you are giving. Join us and be a part of a global celebration of a new tradition of generosity.
The Foundation for Mitochondrial Medicine is dedicated to supporting the most promising treatments for the many forms of mitochondrial disease. People with mitochondrial disease struggle daily. So do the many people affected by the cousins of mitochondrial disease—Autism, Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimer’s, ALS, Chronic Fatigue, diabetes, epilepsy and more.
We appreciate our donors, volunteers, and social media friends – all of you help us on the mission to fund research and treatments for pediatric and adult patients.
Hope can fly. Hope can heal. Thank you.
